Do I have a Joolz Day, Day2, Day3 or Day+ ?

The quickest way to work out if you have an original Joolz Day (or Joolz Day 1) is the rear tyres are an air tyre (like a bike) and also the distinctly different shape of the basket.

The Joolz Day+ will have a Mesh basket fabric and a swivelling bumper bar (instead of just opening straight out like a gate)

There is very little difference between the Day 2 and Day 3 models, the best way to confirm which model you have would be the date of production. Which you would only really need to know for the sake of replacing wheels or the handlebar, as all other accessories and spare parts are compatible between the Joolz Day2 or Joolz Day3.
