If the buckle is stiff to engage or release it may have food or debris lodged inside.

Remove the buckle to clean it. See page 38 of the user manual for removal instructions.
Place the buckle in a cup of warm water and gently shake from side to side.
Press the red release button several times.
After washing shake out excess water and allow to air dry.
Repeat the cleaning if the buckle tongues do not engage with a click.
If the buckle still does not operate freely please contact us to arrange a replacement buckle.

Do not immerse the straps in water. Do not use soaps, household detergents or lubricants.
