How Long is the Joolz Warranty?
Joolz strollers and accessories cover with a 2 year manufacturers warranty.
Joolz strollers may be eligible to registered for an extended warranty. There have been changes to this extended warranty period over time. How Does the 10 Year Transferrable Warranty Work?
What is covered by the Joolz warranty includes, but not limited to:
- all manufacturing defects of the chassis, frame, wheels
- all parts of the harness of your Joolz stroller
- seams in the fabric
- Zips, Velcro and fasteners
- Colour fastness. Discolouration that can be regarded as normal wear and tear is excluded. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may lead to some discolouration and is considered normal wear and tear.
The Manufacturers warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by neglect, negligence, accident, abnormal use or inadequate maintenance.
- Incorrect assembly or installation of a third-party part or accessory that is not compatible with the product.
- Improper storage/care of the product.
- Damage resulting from repairs carried out by unauthorised persons or from incorrect dismantling of the product.
- Customer dissatisfaction with the product with regard to fit, weight, functionality, colour or design.
- Transport damage resulting from transport by aeroplane or other means of transport: check your Joolz product carefully after it has been transported by the airline or another carrier. In the event of damage, consumers should file a claim with the carrier immediately.
