If your Joolz Hub canopy tube/frame has broken off inside the seat hardware the best solution is to try to remove the broken piece of canopy frame, as the canopy frame itself is very simple part to replace - provided the socket it goes into doesn't have anything stuck in it.
The key tricks to remove this would be firstly if can get a grip on any portion is over hanging the edge it with narrow pliers to try to pull it out.
OR if you can get something flat down the side to lever it out.
If you are successful and need to purchase a replacement you can find them following the link below:
Please note: if you're unable to remove this broken piece of canopy then the only solution would be a full replacement seat hardware, which can be a bit of a process to remove all the fabric components and reassemble on your new seat hardware.
So with this in mind you can feel free to use quite a bit of force to remove the canopy frame as you can't make it any worse if the hardware was accidentally damaged in the process.
The most important thing would be taking care not to damage the fabrics, or yourself (if you're using a lot of pressure with something narrow/sharp to lever out the plastic to take care not to slip and not have children around just in case.)
If you're unable to remove this and you can purchase a replacement Joolz Hub seat hardware following the link below.
