If your Joolz Geo or Geo2 is making a creaking sound - particularly if it's unclear where the sound is coming from - you may need to tighten and lubricate your fold mechanism at the front of the frame above the front wheels.
You'll find two screws on either side of the frame - check these are secure. If you feel any movement hand tighten until you feel resistance (If the screws don't move at all leave them as they are - they're already tight enough)
Next wipe or brush away any dust/dirt around the moving parts of the fold hinge at the front of the frame (circled belong) and then apply a spray lubricant around and in between the joints.
Our service team prefer using Luberice for lubricating moving parts because cause it's a spray lubricant that dries to a grease, but any spray lubricant will be fine (WD40, Silicone Spray etc)
Fold and open the stroller a few times to ensure the lubricant is well distributed through the mechanism, wipe and then leave it for a few hours to soak into the mechanism before testing to confirm if this has resolved the issue.
If the noise persists please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
