Is the Baby Jogger city GO capsule suitable for preemie / low weight babies

There is no minimum weight for the city GO capsule and the city GO capsule is does have the ability to be adjusted and tightened for a snug fit with the following features:

1. Newborn insert.

2. Adjustable crotch strap position. 

3. Adjustable head support (position adjusts when repositioning the shoulder strap height)
