The first thing we would suggest is LIBERALLY lubricating the wheel pins with a GREASE lubricant as this resolves the majority of wheel movement and noise issues.
Please find attached what we mean by "Liberally" - you want it to be heavily coated to fill the wheel socket and then wipe off the excess after putting the wheels back on.
If you don't have grease you can use Petroleum Jelly - ie Vaseline or similar products - rather than a spray lubricant like WD40 as we find sprays aren't thick enough to lubricate wheel pins sufficiently.
We recommend doing this every 3-6 months or as required.
If this doesn't resolve the issue please contact our customer service team for future assistance.
