How to book a loan stroller for a repair

We can provide you with a free loan stroller to use while your stroller is repaired by us at our Nunawading service centre. 

Please let us know if you require a single or double stroller at the time of your booking when filling in the repair booking form found following this link.

Service Booking

Please note we require 2 business days notice prior to your booking to ensure we have a loan stroller available. If your booking time is within 2 business days please call our customer service team on [phone] to confirm availability and reserve a loan stroller over the phone. 

Loan strollers are provided as a free service.
