Please note your refund will only be applied to items returned to us in a re-sellable condition. Any shipping paid on your order will not be refunded.
Please DO NOT write on the product packaging or attach any stickers/labels directly to the product packaging.
1. Fill in returns form found following this link -
2. Print off the return form you receive via email. (If you don't have access to a printer please include the name on your order in the return address so your returning parcel can be identified.)
3. Return the item(s) at your expense to:

Please feel free to provide us with the tracking number for your return.
4. Once your item(s) has been received the condition of the item(s) and packaging will be assessed:
a) If the return is accepted, you will be notified, and a refund for the item(s) returned will be issued.
OR
b) If the item(s) is received in a condition where they cannot be sold as new this will result in either a partial refund or the return may not be accepted. You will be notified of the outcome and discuss options for how to best proceed.
Feel free to send through photos showing the condition of the product/packaging and we can assess prior to the return.
Please note this process may take up to 5-10 business days from the time the item(s) have been RECEIVED.
