How long is the Joolz Warranty?

Joolz Warranty period can be confusing as there have been a couple of changes to how the warranty works and how long it can be extended for. 

All Joolz prams sold from 2023 are eligible to register for the 10 Year Transferrable Warranty. You must register within 6 months of the purchase date following this link:

With the 10-Year Transferable Warranty, other families can enjoy your stroller after you’ve grown out of it. If you sell or gift your pram within 10 years of the original purchase all the new owners need to do is register the stroller within 6 months of acquiring it - using the same registration page linked above.

How do I make a warranty claim?

What is the warranty on Accessories? 

Accessories come with 2 year warranty, that cannot be registered, extended or transferred. Accessories include but not limited to Adapters, Rain Covers, Snack Trays, Footboard, Expandable Sets) 

How is the 10 Transferrable Warranty different to the Lifetime Warranty?

Under the Lifetime Warranty your Joolz stroller was registered to yourself only as the original owner, and once you've sold it or given it to a new person, regardless of how old the stroller is, it would no longer be covered under warranty.

What will happen to the Lifetime Warranty?

All Joolz strollers currently registered for the Lifetime Warranty can now benefit from the 10 Year Transferrable warranty. If you do sell or give away your stroller - within 10 years of the original purchase - the new owners can register your stroller to themselves. 

What if I don't register my Joolz stroller within 6 months?

All Joolz strollers come with a 2 year warranty included and applies only to the original owner of the stroller. 

When was the Lifetime Warranty introduced?

The following Joolz strollers were eligible to register for Lifetime Warranty from the following dates: 

Joolz Geo² purchased from January 3rd 2018 
Joolz Day³ & Joolz Hub from the 3rd of September 2018 

Prior to 2018 all Joolz prams have 2 year warranty only with no Lifetime Warranty.
