city mini GT2 is ideal for a smooth ride on suburban terrain as it does have smaller wheels than the Elite 2, while still offering all wheel suspension and rubber wheels. 

city mini 2 is overall lighter weight and still suits suburban terrain but has a lighter wheel design and front wheel suspension only.
