Replacing city tour 2 Single/Double Shoulder straps and Buckle

This buckle will include replacement the upper shoulder shoulder straps, side and crotch buckle.

Note: if you're only replacing one piece of the 5-Piece buckle you might find that it doesn't fit the rest of your existing buckle (depending on the manufacture date of your stroller) due to slight update to the internal portion of the buckle. 

If this is the case you would just need to remove and replace all 5 pieces with the complete new buckle you receive.

Replacing Shoulder Straps

Please note when you replace shoulder straps it is essential to make sure you're inserting the plastic clips all the way through the backboard and pulling them flat against the back of the board. If they are only inserted into the seat fabric and not through the board they will pull out of the fabric easily. 

This is important to remember when adjusting the height of the shoulder straps as well. 

Check The Slide Buckle

If your centre or side buckles have come off completely from the harness strap you may also be missing the Slide Buckle. See below for reference. If you are missing one of these pieces please contact our customer service team [e-mail] and we may be able to assist you further.
