If the brake pin isn't able to fully retracted it'll make a click sound as the brake tries to engage with the holes in the wheel that normally would insert into when the brake is engaged.
The most common cause of this is dirt/grit/sand caught up inside the wheel socket or brake pin.
Remove both rear wheels, clean any dirt/grit from the area - including the wheel, socket and brake pins. If the wheel socket/brake pin is gritty use a stiff scrubbing brush (or old toothbrush) to ensure all grit is removed.
If you have an air cannister (typically used for cleaning keyboards etc) this can also help get all the grit out prior to lubricating.
Then apply a spray lubricant into/around brake pin. Tip the pram on it's side and leave for a couple of hours to allow the lubricant to soak down into the mechanism (rotate the stroller if happening on both sides).
I've also attached a quick video of the brake pin if you're unsure what you're looking for.
