ORIGINAL city mini / city mini GT DOUBLE bassinet info (Compact Bassinet)

Please note the following information only applies to the ORIGINAL city mini and city mini GT DOUBLE stroller that was discontinued in 2019. 

The only bassinet that was compatible with the original city mini / city mini GT double was the Compact Bassinet.

No other bassinets or adapters are compatible with the city mini / city mini GT double. 

Unfortunately the Compact Bassinet has been sold out and discontinued for quite some time.

Additionally the DOUBLE adapters for the Compact Bassinet have also been sold out and discontinued for quite some time. 

As they are no longer in production from the manufacturer they are no longer available to purchase. 

NOTE: the DOUBLE adapters are required to connect the Compact Bassinet to a DOUBLE city mini / city mini GT.

(The SINGLE adapters are different design and ONLY compatible with the SINGLE city mini / city mini GT)

The compact bassinet when purchased brand new would come with two sets of adapters - for both the single and double versions of the original city mini and city mini GT.  

Please note the city mini and city mini GT models are all approved for newborns directly into the seat when full reclined, so while the bassinet is a nice accessory to include it's not required to use your city mini GT double from birth.
