Under Australian safety standards, pram/stroller seats can be approved from birth OR from 6+months, based on a number of factors that confirm a seat is safe for newborns, including but not limited to the angle of the backrest at full recline, the depth of the side walls of the seat and presence of a head barrier.
In Australia all Joolz pram seats are approved from 6+ months, but all Joolz prams either include a cot/cot fabric (eg. Day and Geo models) or have the option to purchase a cot/cocoon/capsule (Aer and Hub models)
Please note carry cots are not suitable for infants who can sit up by themselves, roll over or push themselves up on hands and so must be transitioned into the seat with the 5-point harness (This would be done at the same developmental stage you would transition out of a bassinet to a cot at home)
As the Australian distributor for Joolz we cannot make recommendations outside of Australian Safety Standards so parent discretion may need to be considered regarding your child's individual development.
