My Nanit camera app is frozen

If your Nanit app is frozen, try force quitting the app and reopening it.

To force quit an app on a iOS device:

1. Double-tap the home button.
2. Swipe the Nanit app upwards.
3. Press the home button and reopen the app.

To force quit an app on Android:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap App or Applications
3. Tap the 'Stop' or 'Force Stop' button.
4. Press the home button and reopen the app.

If the app still doesn’t open, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
