How Does the 10 Year Transferrable Warranty Work?
As a first owner you must register your stroller on Joolz website within 6 months of purchase using your original proof of purchase.
When selling or gifting a Joolz stroller to a new person, our warranty is transferable if the first owner registered the product.
How do I transfer ownership to another person?
If your Joolz stroller has already been registered for the Joolz 10 year transferable warranty within 6 months of the purchase date and now you're gifting or selling your stroller to a new owner all they need to do is go online to the warranty registration page (exactly the same page as the original registration) and enter the serial number.
This will prompt them they are registering a pre-owned stroller.
The form will then change from requesting a receipt to simply requesting a photo of the serial number to verify that person has possession of the previously registered stroller.
The new owner will then just need to fill in all their own details and the remaining balance of your Joolz 10 Year Transferable warranty belongs to the new owner.
Where can I go to make a warranty claim?
You can either go to the retailer you purchased your stroller from and they can assist you by contacting us if you are in Australia or another Joolz distributor on your behalf.
