4moms Not Turning On / Absolutely No Power

If there is any sounds, movement, or display on the screen - even if this switches off after a few seconds - please see alternative troubleshooting below:

• Lights or Screen Flashing Before Shutting Off 
• Turning on but then is turning off (without any lights or flashing)

Otherwise if there is absolutely no power to the unit at all - no sounds, no movement, nothing appearing on the screen - then some troubleshooting below might help assess the best way to resolve this issue:

1. Check the power cord you are using is designed for your model of 4moms swing or sleep bassinet. The power adapter will have the 4moms logo and state which product it's designed for.

2. Test the unit at a different power point/wall outlet just to confirm that the issue is with the unit itself rather than the power point. 

If the above doesn't resolve the issue the next thing to assess is whether the issue is with the power cord or the motor/base of the unit. A couple of options to test this: 

• Contact the place of purchase to confirm if they have a 4moms mamaRoo display model you can test your 4moms  power cord with.

- If your power cord DOES NOT work with the display model unit you need a new power cord. 

- If your power cord DOES work with the display model you need a replacement base. 

Please note most retailers won't stock spare parts and won't be able to provide you a replacement.
