If you're unable to connect your Nanit Pro Camera to your Wifi and are receiving an Authentication Error please ensure the following steps have been followed:
- Your Wifi is switched on and the device you're trying to pair is connected to your WiFi.
- Re-enter your Wifi network credentials.
- Be sure you've selected the correct security type.
- Check both your device and Nanit Camera are within range of your router.
- Select the network that has the better signal for your nursery (5GHz or 2.4GHz)
- Try restarting your Router and Modem - unplug from wall and wait until all lights stop blinking before plugging back in and restarting.
One thing that can also help if you're unable to connect to your home Wifi is create a guest wifi network with our router and connecting the Nanit Pro to that - this is something other customers have had success with when they have been unable to connect to their Wifi normally.
