The first thing to try is reset the camera. Please find instructions for how to reset your Nanit Camera following the link below
If there is absolutely no power, no lights, your device is unable to connect to the camera and the camera does not feel slightly warm to the touch after being plugged in for a while the next you want to assess which component of your Nanit camera is causing the issue:
- Test with a different power point in your home.
- Test with a different USB power adapter (you can use any standard USB power adapter)
- If you have another Nanit stand (ie if you have a flex-multi stand in the house, this can be used to confirm if the issue is with the camera or stand)
If you don't have access to another Nanit Stand you might be able to take your camera to the place of purchase to test with their display model (please note retailers may not have a display avalable or stock replacement stands in store. It's best to check with the store directly to avoid disappointment)
