The key things with squeaking noises coming from the wheels, especially if it's a rhythmic squeak that only occurs when the stroller is in motion is check and lubricating the wheel axels with a spray lubricant like silicone spray, Lube rice or WD40 etc.
Apply spray lubricant in the gaps around the front wheel axel. Apply generously on both sides of the wheel (and both wheels)
Every pram/stroller is different but generally you want to spray in the gap of the front wheel axel on both sides of the wheel itself. See below some examples of where this is on different prams/strollers.
And then remove the rear wheel and apply spray lubricant to where you see the wheel spinning around the metal pin.
If the squeaking noise persists it's worth checking the brake is performing normally or if the issue occurs when pushing down on the handlebar to flex the when stroller is stationary - in case the squeak is coming from areas like the fold mechanism or suspension (if applicable to all wheel suspension).
